Renowned for its commitment to uncompromising quality and preserving the artist’s original intent, Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab makes the world’s best-sounding vinyl LPs and Super Audio CDs (SACD). Founded as Mobile Fidelity by Brad Miller in 1958 as a record label focused on releasing original recordings of steam trains, locomotives, field sounds, and orchestral pieces, it evolved into Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab in 1977 when it pivoted into reissuing significant mainstream albums. Having pioneered the concept of audiophile reissues, the imprint has released the definitive versions of many of the greatest albums in history.
